The problem

Courses teach you to start. Nobody sells the finish.

Everybody has a half-finished AI thing now. The GPT wrapper that almost works. The automation that breaks every Tuesday. The app you vibe-coded in a weekend that has never met a real user.

Getting to 80% has never been easier. The last 20% is where projects go to die.

It runs on your laptop. And only your laptop. Deployment is a fog of hosting plans and DNS records.
The API keeps 401ing. Auth, keys, scopes, webhooks. Every integration is a new way to be stuck.
It works until it doesn't. The automation fails silently at 2am and you find out from a customer.
You don't trust it alone. It needs a human check before it touches real money or real customers, and you don't know how to build that.

You don't hire a handyman to teach you carpentry. You hire him because the door needs to close.

What's inside

Help finishing, plus the education to need less help.

01

Weekly Fix-It Calls

Two live calls every week, one morning and one evening. Bring your stuck project, share your screen, leave unstuck. This is the product. Everything else supports it.

02

The Teardown Queue

Post your project in the community. Each week, 2 to 3 get a recorded deep-dive: exactly why it's stuck, and the step-by-step path to the goal line.

03

The Playbook Library

Short, finish-oriented modules taught from real builds. Ship It (deployment, domains, hosting). Wire It (APIs, automations, approval gates). Trust It (testing, human-in-the-loop). Run It (daemons, crons, monitoring).

04

Templates That Finish Projects

The approval-gate pattern. The invoice and CRM starter. The content-autopilot starter. Copy, adapt, ship. Plus a community of people finishing things, with wins posted daily.

Who it's for

Three kinds of stuck.

The Operator

You run a real business with a real workflow that AI should be handling by now. You have revenue, a stuck project, and zero patience for tutorials. You want the sink to work.

The Builder

You used AI tools to get something 80% done and hit the wall: deployment, auth, the API that 400s, the automation that needs a human approval step. The last mile is the whole problem.

The Explorer

You know AI could change how you work, and you want a guided path plus a room where you can ask "is this even possible?" before burning a weekend finding out.

Not for you if you want theory, prompt tricks, or another course to watch at 2x. This is a workshop, not a lecture hall.

Proof

Real systems, running right now.

Case study

Marketing on autopilot

I run a mortgage company's marketing autonomously. Posts researched, written, and scheduled by AI while I sleep, with a human approval gate before anything publishes.

Case study

From spreadsheet to cloud in a week

I put a landscaping company's pricing calculators in the cloud in a week. Field crews quote jobs from their phones now instead of calling the office.

Teardown clip

Watch a project get unstuck

Teardown recordings drop weekly. Stuck project in, finished project out, every step on camera. This slot fills with member teardowns as they ship.

Pricing

A $29 membership that replaces the $5,000 consultant.

It is $29 today, $49 next, then $99. Whatever rate you join at is the rate you keep for as long as you stay.

FAQ

Fair questions.

I'm not technical. Is this over my head?

If you can describe what you want your project to do, you belong here. The playbooks assume no computer-science background, and the fix-it calls meet you exactly where your project is. Plenty of members arrive with an idea and a half-working prototype an AI tool built for them.

How is this different from another AI course?

Courses teach you to start. This is built around finishing. The core of the membership is live help on your actual project: a Fix-It call every week and a teardown queue where we take real stuck projects to done, on camera. The playbooks exist so you need the calls less over time.

What if my project is too far gone, or too weird?

Stuck is stuck, and the patterns repeat: deployment, auth, brittle automations, no approval gate, no monitoring. Post it in the Teardown Queue and you'll get a straight answer, including "simplify this before you ship it" when that's the honest call.

How much time does this take?

One call a week plus the time you put into your own project. The modules are short and finish-oriented, not binge content. Members who show up to one call a week with a real project make visible progress within the first month.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in two clicks, through Skool. No contracts, no exit interview. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at whatever the price is then, not the rate you had.

Your project is 80 yards downfield. Finish the drive.

Join today, post your stuck project, and bring it to this week's Fix-It call. That's the whole onboarding.
